# Connect Waply to your CRM, store, and other tools

> Waply integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, Make, and more so conversations stay in sync with the rest of your business.

Waply works best when it's connected to the tools your team already uses. You can sync contacts bidirectionally with your CRM, trigger WhatsApp notifications from Shopify or WooCommerce orders, and connect virtually any other app through Zapier or Make. All integrations are managed from **Settings > Integrations** in your Waply dashboard.

  Most native integrations (CRM, e-commerce) require the **Growth** or **Enterprise** plan. Zapier and Make are available on all plans, including Starter.

## CRM integrations

Connect Waply to your CRM to keep contact records up to date and log every WhatsApp conversation as an activity. When a new deal is created in your CRM, you can automatically trigger a WhatsApp message without any manual work.

**Supported CRMs:** Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics

## E-commerce integrations

Import your customers as Waply contacts the moment they place an order, then send them real-time updates at every stage — from confirmation through delivery. Abandoned cart recovery messages and product catalog sharing are also available.

## Zapier & Make

Zapier and Make let you connect Waply to thousands of other apps using a visual, no-code interface. Use Waply as a trigger (for example, when a new conversation starts) or as an action (for example, send a WhatsApp message when a row is added to a Google Sheet).

## Other tools

The following integrations are available on Growth and Enterprise plans and can be enabled from **Settings > Integrations**:

| Tool              | What it does                                                                                          |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Google Sheets** | Export conversations and contacts to a spreadsheet, or trigger messages from sheet events via Zapier. |
| **Slack**         | Receive a Slack notification whenever a new Waply conversation is assigned to you or your team.       |
| **Calendly**      | Send appointment confirmation and reminder messages automatically after a booking is made.            |
| **SendGrid**      | Coordinate email and WhatsApp outreach in the same workflow.                                          |
| **Stripe**        | Trigger payment confirmation or follow-up messages based on Stripe payment events.                    |
| **OpenAI**        | Enhance your AI Agent with custom OpenAI prompts and models.                                          |

## How to connect an integration

All integrations follow the same general flow:

    In your Waply dashboard, go to **Settings > Integrations**.

    Find the tool you want to connect and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Authorize access">
    Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate with the third-party tool. Most integrations use OAuth, so you'll be redirected to the tool's login page.

  <Step title="Configure the integration">
    Map fields, select which events trigger actions, and save your settings.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting an integration does not delete the data that has already synced. However, future syncs will stop immediately. Re-connecting the integration will resume syncing from that point forward.
