Waply works best when it’s connected to the tools your team already uses. You can sync contacts bidirectionally with your CRM, trigger WhatsApp notifications from Shopify or WooCommerce orders, and connect virtually any other app through Zapier or Make. All integrations are managed from Settings > Integrations in your Waply dashboard.
Most native integrations (CRM, e-commerce) require the Growth or Enterprise plan. Zapier and Make are available on all plans, including Starter.

Connect Waply to your CRM to keep contact records up to date and log every WhatsApp conversation as an activity. Zapier & Make

Zapier and Make let you connect Waply to thousands of other apps using a visual, no-code interface. Use Waply as a trigger (for example, when a new conversation starts) or as an action (for example, send a WhatsApp message when a row is added to a Google Sheet).

If the tool you need isn’t listed here, you can almost certainly connect it via Zapier or Make. Search the Zapier app directory or Make app catalog to check.

How to connect an integration

All integrations follow the same general flow:

Open Settings

In your Waply dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

Choose an integration

Find the tool you want to connect and click Connect.

Authorize access

Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate with the third-party tool. Most integrations use OAuth, so you’ll be redirected to the tool’s login page.

Configure the integration

Map fields, select which events trigger actions, and save your settings.
Disconnecting an integration does not delete the data that has already synced. However, future syncs will stop immediately. Re-connecting the integration will resume syncing from that point forward.
